Out of the box, these look lovely. The glaze finish appears to be high quality. I love how they match my Le Creuset butter dish and salt and pepper shakers! I purchased 2 sets of 4 and may add one more set. So far they are scratch resistant and have a nice weight to them.

These are truly gorgeous. I retired a set of hand made stoneware from a longtime ago that could only be hand washed, no microwave or oven either. I knew pfaltzgraff had nice sets so I researched a bit and found these. The quality is superb, and I like that they can be used in the microwave, dishwasher, freezer, oven. and have chip resistant glazing. Mine were packed very nicely. The bowls hold 28 ounces, a real plus for salads, chili, soups etc. you might like that the pics online are good, but they look even better in real life.

I love the look of this piece. It is very heavy and feels of great quality. I have it as a center piece in my cabinets. Great purchase. Dishwasher safe! No chips!

I had my eye on these dishes for quite some time and wow, I am so impressed. I didn’t really need any new dishes but these are strikingly beautiful. Great quality and pocketbook friendly.

I live this set of dinnerware It is colorful and warm, and not too heavy for me to handle I have rheumatoid arthritis and so my hand and arm dexterity is limited I’ve been able to hand wash these dishes for the last 2 weeks without dropping one single plate or bowl The colors are warm and inviting, and really make my table setting so attractive I need to search for any serving dishes for this set or a large platter and salad bowl Live it!

These are absolutely beautiful. Too beautiful to keep in the cabinet, in my opinion. My table will be dressed with these year round.

I bought individual pieces of this place setting years ago, directly from the Pfaltzgraff warehouse. Both the dinner plate and the salad plate and the pasta bowl had the same design and very pretty. There was no NOT a thick, black background paint on the rim face of the dinner plate back then - this hides some of the beautiful flowers, making the flowers that appear on the center of the plate, look chopped off - the overall plate is not appealing. The cups and bowls are the same as what was offered with the place setting many years (maybe 10 yrs. or so ago), not very attractive, with a single poppy flower on each, with the rest of the bowl and cup "plane jane," including the inside - I found them unattractive then as well as now. I bought the set from Amazon for the salad plates only, and gave the rest of it to my husband to use in his "man's den," 2nd level of the detached garage, wayyy out back of the main house :).

Wow!!! Absolutely beautiful. Love the Pfaltzgraff Brand and felt so fortunate to get them at half price. I will order another set as soon as they go on sale again. But even at regular price they are worth every penny. Love that they are microwave and dishwasher safe.

I've had my plates for a year or more and use them every day on a farm/ranch setting, used by family and hired hands and have had no troubles. I'm buying a third set for larger dinner settings.

I bought this on sale Amazon AU as when advertised on sale it is cheap if delivered from Amazon AU. When it is shipped from Amazon US the shipping costs are way to high It is an absolutely beautiful set for a special dinner - not light as Corelle but then it is stoneware so expected and the finish and beauty of the set make up for it. I even picked up placemats to go with it and now on the lookout for matching serving ware but again way too expensive and never on sale. Definitely recommended

Dislike that unable to order any extra dishes to match the set here in the U/K although the web site for products show additional products only for sale in USA

I love the quality of the glaze. They are easy to clean. I have had them for a couple months now and have not had any chipping. There were a couple of tiny areas where the glaze was not perfect but for me that is very minor
