Great product w/awesome customer service
The cooling pad is cool with the digital setting controls, colors, adjustable base and etc. I purchased this item because it has 15 fans and it gets the job done by producing a steady stream of cooling air w/very low noise. The quality is great and comparable to other cooling pads on the market. However, what I like the most is the customer service. My daughter lost the cable at summer camp. I reached out to customer service and they were awesome about sending me a replacement cable. That's top tier customer service!

Better than expected.
I choose this after a failed attempt of another cooler by the same company. I don’t think it’s they’re fault but it never worked in the cooling arena for my specific laptop. I choose this as it looks to fully support a 17.3 laptop which is dose perfectly for me. Those of you with a MSI GF75 Thin, this is a perfect match. Now for cooling, i feel most of these pads just don’t push air and this does better in my use case because what it pushes effects the totally undercarriage not just the center or the bottom etc. it dropped my temps but my laptop just runs so hot. I’ve only had it a day, but button for lights off and speed worked the same as the previous unit I had. The build quality is better then you eould expect.I pulled out an iHome cooling pad from 10 years ago that’s horrible compared to this unit. The stoppers that keep the laptop from sliding off have rubber so it’s non-scaring to your investment.Sadly the usb cable isn’t breaded, but it’s too short and I have a replacement.TLDR: for the money and purpose of aiding in cooling a 17.3 inch gaming laptop (msi), it does the trick. Would buy Again. Don’t expect miracles, cooling pads usually drop temps a few Celsius at best.

Not terribly strong, but quiet and effective.
Note: mine arrived on my doorstep in its own packaging - clearly stating the contents of the package. If I had not been home at the time of delivery, I’d fully expect porch pirates to take a chance on it while I was at work.As for the actual product, it seems to work well. The platform is metal mesh, with lots of airflow even without fans. The fans and the lights CAN be turned off separately without unplugging, and there are some fun lighting modes available. When I first tested it, cranking it up to its highest setting didn’t immediately make the fans move full blast, but they did gradually kick up well. I think that when used in conjunction with an appropriate integrated cooling system, this will serve its purpose well.

Keeps the laptop cool
Great fit for an 18” gaming laptop and keeps it cool despite playing for long periods.

Stand that cools (and looks cool with RGB lighting)
Got this for my 17" gaming laptop. I am satisfied, but a few things could have been better. My biggest plus is that it can raise your laptop screen height via the sturdy metal stand function, though the bottom tabs might not be tall enough for some PCs (since my laptop's front-bottom-face is tilted inwards (like this when seen from the side \__ ) it doesn't quite contact the tabs on the bottom, luckily my laptop has a rubber ridge at the back that hangs off the top of the cooling pad tray, which holds it steady). Plastic seems sturdy, and the metal mesh cover is also sturdy and seems to dissipate heat well enough.I'm not sure if the single big fan is better or worse than the model with 5 smaller fans, but looking at independent tests online shows that the multiple fan option might be better for laptops that really run hot. The big 180 mm fan is pretty quiet, even at max setting (6) my laptop's internal fans are much louder. Performance-wise, I don't really notice it keeping my laptop that much cooler during a hard gaming session, but it does noticeably shorten the cooling time after I've stopped gaming —when I've quit to desktop and just start browsing, the laptop's heat goes away quicker than it used to and my internal fans don't run for as long afterwards. My only disappointment is the RGB system. The default setting admittedly looks pretty cool BUT, I have my peripherals set to stay a steady red. While there is a button to select different color options (with solid red being one of them) the function has never worked for me. It would either stay red on both sides for about 30 secs before going back to wave mode, or it would only do it to one side and not the other, or the color change button doesn't respond at all. I either just leave it to the first multi color setting or turn it off altogether, but I would really have liked to keep the lights red to match my other stuff.

Have had two, neither works correctly
Bought one from Amazon, only one side lit up the other did not. Reboxed it and had it exchanged for an identical unit. With this second one, after about two weeks the shut-off button worked only occasionally. Very occasionally. Most of the time, I have to unplug it to turn it off. It also stopped turning off automatically when I turn the laptop off, it continues working and draining my computer's battery unless I do the manual unplug thing. Very annoying since I use the laptop multiple times a day. When I try to turn it to highest level of cooling, I get unpredictable results - the button to increase fan speed sometimes responds, sometimes not - my chances seem to be about 50/50 to get appropriate response from the switch. The lower levels of cooling are not enough for my laptop.Last, there are sharp edges on the bottom structure that hurt my lap after more than a few minutes use.My window of opportunity to return to Amazon is closed. I tried finding any warranty info on the unit, Amazon refers me to seller. When I bought it, I recall mention of a warranty but now cannot find any.Really, I wish you good luck with yours but mine has been a frustrating waste of effort and money.

A good product
This is a good laptop cooling fan and I don’t regret it so great size it has six settings for the fans and LED lights and you can turn them off you don’t want no LED lights on a very good product
