e.l.f. Eyeliner Pen with FeltTip Applicator, Black, 0.05 Fl Oz

Great Elf Eyeliner Pen. Purchased the color black, Point will give my eye a great lift, color goes on thick and not runny truly smudge resistant and last the entire day. Won’t be disappointed, love!

Excellent product for the price, have good pigment, it is easy to use, and is functionality.

I love the applicator style and the fine point tip but the pigment does not show up well at all and it certainly is not waterproof. I use it for details and use another thick pigmented liner for the rest.

Compared to the ones I'd purchased from Dollar Tree (or should I say Dollar25Tree now...) I can actually do both eyes without the tip of the pen drying out. Goes on easy, stays on fine for hours (though I do spray a sealer over it so ymmv if you don't).

Runs out quickly but I buy it for the cheapness of it. It lasts all day for me. It’s super easy to use, I honestly prefer pens more than any other sort of eyeliner. It begins to fade to a greyish as it runs out but it’s a good eyeliner, just wish it lasted longer.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my favorite liquid eyeliner pen. Super budget friendly, which is great with being able to maintain my look in this high economy. It lasts a long time it doesn’t burn. It doesn’t itch. Doesn’t have a funny smell achieve that super black look leaving a smooth line all day where the liner won’t crack or crease. Just buy it.

The "felt tip" applicator is nothing but a brush, not what I think of when I think of a felt tip. The brush is limp with no "body" and it makes application difficult. Went straight into the trash..

I've been looking for a liquid eyeliner that was comparable with the Sephora felt tip eyeliner and this was definitely it goes on smooth and looks beautiful when it's on and last for a while
