The clamp has good quality, but it doesn't fit 12 gauge strut channel. I have to return.

PROS: Nice thick Aluminum Solid Billet Material, good bolts with lock washers, decent threading and groves. CONS: Didn't fit my exact application and slot sizes, bolt protrudes out of the bottom just enough to catch in the slide unless you eliminate the lock washer, some minor scratches and matching dings. Overall good value if they work for your applications, and being aluminum, they can be easily modified to fit others applications.

I hoped to use these with my ecoworthy roof mount system as it only comes with clamps for 4 units, but I wanted to fit 6 100w panels which should fit.Unfortunately these did not fit the U channel, but they are great quality and I have provided accurate dimensions for anyone looking for similar.

These clamps will go between 2 solar panels clamping both to a rail. The bolt in the clamp extends just under 2 inches and with the "nut" part on allows for ~1.7 inches max for the panel and rail to go between. I have panels with 1.37 inch thick frames that they work with. The "nut" piece is intended to slide in a 0.75 inch rail track, but I drilled my own holes in other bars to cut some costs (still using the nuts). Aluminum parts should be good for the weather.

The nuts that come with these panel clamps are too small to fit Unistrut. Luckly I had some Unistrut channel nuts.
