The sofa is great and the seller went out of his way to accommodate me and my delivery issues

Sofa bed worth the money comfortable looks good and it's perfect Pitch Perfect in the room you can have it left or right depends how you built it it's universal you can have it left or right the long bit And there are plenty storage space as you can see in the pictures

I don't normally leave reviews but just had to on this occasion. This sofa is absolutely amazing. Such good value. The quality and finish are excellent and super comfy. Didn't realise you could order direct from the seller, as I only came across this on Amazon - in hindsight I would have done as I think there waa a discount code available and probably would have gotten better communication. Communication on delivery was left a bit late in my opinion but they did still ring/text and confirmed a day and time. Arrived half an hour late but understandable given you could pay for assembly upon arrival and how finicky it can be sometimes to bring in a sofa through the house. Cannot fault the 2 delivery guys - they were exceptional and a credit to the team. There was a struggle to get the final piece through the door but it didn't phase the guys one bit and even helped my partner in removing the front door. Very happy with the purchase and really appreciate all the help in getting it in the house!

Love this sofa bed!!! It was fairly easy to build, it's very large and comfortable. It also came really quickly - before the expected delivery date. Communication was perfect and I was called twice to organise delivery at a suitable time, then called again to let me know the exact time they would be there one hour before they arrived.

I wish I could give more starts but the delivery was such a nightmare I couldn't. The Sofa is also very firm and not very comfortable but for the price it does look good and can use some cushions to introduce a bit of softness. In terms of delivery, they were very unprofessional and stated they would deliver at 11pm at night. I explained that I was not living at the address and this would not suit but they insisted they had to deliver then. I waited up and around half eleven I got a missed called- I rang back 4 minutes later and he said he was at the address but had to leave and was already on the motorway. This was incorrect as I was siting out on the balcony and would have seen if he came. I had no contact from them and had to ring the next day- they did apologise and said they would reduce the delivery charge from £80 to £40 for the inconvenience caused. When the sofa finally arrived the men gave me an invoice for £80! I would not recommend using this company soley on the delivery (I could get past the sofa being hard).

Looks great, storage is great, sofa bed functionality is amazing, only its quite firm and not the comfiest. On the eye its a 10/10. Benefits 8/10. Comfort 2/10. Sadly.

It did take a bit of assembly as it came in seperate boxes - for a bit extra they can assemble it for you, but we wanted to do it ourselves. The sofa is quite hard and so is the bed but, and I've had guests use it, and they said it was OK enough to sleep on. I might get a mattress topper to soften it a little for next time. The sofa itself looks stylish and I like that the back bit on top can me moved to whatever height you want.
