I didn't notice many benefits from this but also didn't experience any side effects. Capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. I've taken NR in the past and haven't noticed any effects so I truly don't believe that indicates a lack of effectiveness. I have no complaints about this product.

I’ve taken another supplement from this manufacturer, read online, and can find a lot of potential health benefits that I’d love to have from this supplement. when i looked at back of bottle on here it showed one ingredient and their picture cut off the rest of ingredients very MISLEADING this also has cellulose inside mot just caosule,maltodextrin,sunflower lecithin,silicone dioxide,vegetable stearate but you cant see that on their picture because they conventiently cut it off. cellulose is a white powder used for bulking product and sunflower lecithin is al a white powder so how much of this capsule is actually NR hard to know when it is stufed with outher stuff i wont be buying againg and beware NO RETURNS ON THIS.

I've heard great things about nicotinamide riboside, and it's supposedly good to supplement while intermittent fasting. So I really look forward to trying this out. Apparently it takes up to a few months to really shine, but so far with only one issue its generally gentle on my system: The only notable side effect I have encountered was a slight bout of nausea, and it's only after taking this for three days. Suggested dose is two a day, and halving that to one a day worked better. So you might possibly experience such in a short time, is what I'm saying. Very hefty value, but then again it's a molecule that's extremely difficult to manufacture.

Preference for liposomal supplements. This NR is a good one. As the manufacturer states its a "NAD Boost for Cellular Energy and Mitochondrial Function."They say "GenuinePurity uses Liposomal Technology to protect nutrients with a liposomal “bubble” to safely deliver nutrients into the bloodstream for optimal absorption. Provides up to 80% more absorption and is also gentler on your stomach."That is important to me as I am looking for those qualities of absorption and no stomach distress. Had no bad issues like reflux from use. Capsule easy to swallow. Taste is fine.Happy with product.

This product is fairly expensive but any good quality NAD typically is, so it is an investment in yourself. I can’t 100% say yet that this is working for me, so I need to finish the bottle and then I will update my review.
