It does come with a SIM card that you have to pay for a plan and activate through the BlackVue app. Or you can go online or to a store and buy an at&t or T-Mobile prepaid sim card with a plan. I my self use eiotclub.com's double network sim card (uses both at&t and t-mobile networks) and get the 24gb 360 day plan. But there are many plans to choose from.

It did come with a sim card but without the network parameters to set it up. Tried every suggestion I could find online but none helped andno number to call. Had to abandon the cloud setup. Poor customer support. I probably would not buy if I knew what I know now.

Want to call BlackVue and see what they say? 6 phonecalls, 6 different days / times of day, every time I sat on hold for 15 minutes, then was hung up on. Let's send an email? Sent one four days ago, no response. This is all-around garbage for the amount of money this costs. Better yet, Pittasoft is HQ'd in Korea. Hard pass all around here, will likely return soon.
