Worked well to figure out which ring size I needed

After 2 plus hours of trying unable to connect the device to an iPhone. Tried everything.Bought as a gift for someone and their happiness quickly disappeared as we battled to try and get it working.Really poor customer experience and development of the product with no simple or clear way to factory reset to clear faults. Very poor after sales support for the money. Limited, unclear and inaccurate troubleshooting guidance and lost all confidence in the product after trying without success to get it using.I would really disuade anyone from wasting their time on this product as it seems a long way away from being established and able to be effectively used.Very very poor.

SO FAR SO GOOD STILL GETTING USED TO THE APP. IT HAS A LOT OF INFORMATION AND APPEARS TO TRACK MY IWATCH VERY CLOSELY. ALTHOUGH NOT CHEAP IT IS AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER RINGS ON THE MARKET BUT WITH NO SUBSCRIPTION. GETTING THE SIZING KIT WAS A MUST AND I FOLLOWED THE ADVICE OF WEARING DIFFERENT SIZES ON DIFFERENT FINGERS BEFORE I CHOSE MY RIGHT HAND RING FINGER. UNFORTUNATELY THE STATED BATTERY LIFE OF 4-6 DAYS IS UNOBTAINABLE, I’M LUCKY IF I GET 3.5 DAYS IN BETWEEN CHARGES, HENCE 4 STARS BUT STILL PLEASED WITH MY RAW TITANIUM CHOICE.

It's thinner than the Oura, has no subscription, provides basically the same data, AND is actively being updated. They are constantly bringing new things to the app, improving the look, settings etc. I wish I was blessed with thin fingers but I have not been, and after trying two other rings, I just felt like they were just enhancing how my fingers looked! Ultrahuman actually looks like a normal ring, it's just that little bit thinner, so it's been fantastic for me.It takes a while to calibrate, which would be the same with any of the smart rings, and absolutely sometimes tracks incorrect information - but I have an Apple Watch, Whoop and an old Oura ring, and they all do the same thing. If i'm watching TV for hours it thinks i've had a nap - which is clearly down to my laziness, not their tracking!Honestly, I think it's great, came in about 14 hours, and the company is suddenly getting VERY popular, so I think there is probably a mad dash internally to increase production and customer support. They've been great to me so far.

The UltraHuman ring is a bit of a let down simply because of battery life being so erratic, one week you will get a solid 5 days, another week it could only be 3 days.It doesn’t seem to matter what types of activity that you do the ring just doesn’t seem to have the battery power to last.The data seems to be fairly accurate with minor inaccuracy in heart rate and step counts but this did get better as I wore it more and more. The sizing I would say was true to the sizing kit, I would say that there was like half a mil out but that was easily solved with a loose ring glue.The only thing in the app for this ring is that they seem to be wanting you to pay for add ons for further health metrics such their glucose reader for £150 for 2 weeks etc…I feel that UltraHuman will eventually move to a subscription style model to acces further metrics but at the moment it’s free.Customer service seems good but they did not help with battery woes, saying that the ring needs a reset and then saying that we can’t get the metrics for battery because it was recently reset. Not helpful.Anyway I would say great ring be prepared to pay for extras, eventually I love the matted grey I thought that looked classy.
