Rockport Men's Ridge Valley Lace-Up Boot

These are still going strong after owning them for over a year and wearing them a fair amount in that time. I'd say they're true to size as I wear the same size in the chocolate Rockports as most other shoes. The chocolate is nice and dark, and the black soles are durable. They look great and are very comfortable. I plan on picking up another pair for a future backup if these ever wear out.

I have had these boots for over 3 years now.Pros They are very comfortable. The suede has held well over this period of time. I do clean it every now and then and water proof it.The dark brown color goes well with jeans and khakis.Held up shape well after 3 years of solid use. (almost 3 times a week)ConsThe original laces it came with tore off after 2 years. I bought replcement ones from Wally world.The sole is made up of some rubber like material, which makes them comfortable to walk in but wears out after a while. The heals have worn out as well.It is suede, so you have to be careful about keeping it away from water.Run half a size large I got good 3 years of use out of these shoes.

These boots are well made and very comfortable to wear. They are very light weight for a boot, with very neat and clean finish. In relation to size, I usually take a size 9 UK/AUS which usually means a size 10 US. But for Rockport I have found you need to go down half a size, i.e. 9.5US.

Comfortable but these are suede and leather beats the heck out of suede any day.

Nice boots but the sizing was off by a couple of sizes, the width was at least two widths too wide. The width was marked as a narrow, but the actual width had to be a wide width. I wish they would have fit. Beware of wrong sizing........

If you like Rockports like I do, you will love these boots. They offer style and my feet love them. Blue is my favorite color and these boots look good with most of my cloths.

I really love these boots. They're very comfortable, lightweight and don't lose their shape and become "greasy" too quickly (as usually happens to suede shoes or boots). They entirely fit as expected and they don't rub my toes or heels. The sole is thick enough so that it's quite safe to walk through small puddles without fear to soil or stain the suede upper. With no doubt - 5 stars!

These shoes are amazingly comfy shoes, right out of the box. They also look great with almost any pair of jeans, especially boot cut. I treated the suade overnight, right after I got them to ensure a long life of looking fresh. Have had them almost a year now and they look brand new!

On receiving my purchase I was pleasantly surprised on how good they looked. As a first time buyer of desert boots I was a little worried as to what I would receive due to flashbacks of how desert boots looked during school days. However, these Rockport boots are very modern looking and are comfortable too. Very happy with my purchase, great value for the money paid.

Should have read the other reviews before ordering - these are made bigger than all my other shoes so are a big big for me.Go for 1/2 a size smaller than usual.

I like the quality of these boots which are solid and well constructed. They are not the lightest available but they feel robust and likely to last. Well priced too. For information, I found the sizes come up exactly as marked - the UK12 was a perfect fit for me, as per normal.

Great shoe. Well made, very comfortable. Can be worn casual, with denims & t-shirt or pants & shirt or jacket even.
