I’ve been using the COMFEE’ RCT87BL2(E) Fridge Freezer for over two months now, and I absolutely love it! I specifically chose this model because it has a separate freezer and fridge, unlike the common type where the freezer is inside the fridge. Those tend to be too small and not practical for me, especially when doing my weekly shopping — but this freezer is spacious and fits all my frozen items perfectly.I keep it in my room, so the fact that it’s very quiet has been a real blessing — I barely notice it’s there. The black color matches really well with my furniture, and the overall size is perfect for one person like me.The fridge section is on the smaller side, but that’s expected with this type. So if you need a bigger fridge, go for the version with the freezer inside. But if your priority is a larger freezer, this model is ideal.I’m really happy with my purchase — it’s compact, efficient, quiet, and looks great. Highly recommended!

Very nice fridge/freezer. I was quite surprised when I saw the dimensions. It is a lot smaller than the one I was replacing but just right for a small kitchen. It is narrow, shorter than your usual ones but can hold enough for either a couple or one person. Freezer compartment can hold a reasonable amount of food. It is very quiet when running. Well worth buying if you have a lack of space for a full size model.Looks nice and works well.

Had this fridge/ freezer for around a month now and had no issues with it thus far. It is an F rated freezer so not terribly energy efficient and the manual states to leave 30cm above it to allow for ventilation but the space I have is only around 2cm (due to it being under the unit in the kitchen) and it seems to be working OK. It is fairly quiet and I like the fact you can remove the shelves in the door depending what you are keeping in the fridge. However, due to a small dividing indentation I find that I am unable to keep bottles all the way along the shelf in the door as shown in the picture and the manual could be written in better English but I find this fridge/freezer to work well, be good value and have sufficient space for my needs as a single person (it holds around 7 microwaveable meals in the freezer compartment).

This is very lightweight and easy to unpack and move into place. It's roomy, and yet compact for a small space. Excellent value for money, too

Apart from the delivery drivers who delivered it to the wrong address! Once I got it and installed it, it works well as expected. Nice size ratio between fridge and freezer. So for one person, you can get a reasonable amount of frozen items stored and enough fridge items for what I need. Fits perfectly under counter. Reasonably quiet when operating. Nice compartment in freezer door, which makes room for items, unlike some other models which don't have this option. Everything stays frozen in the freezer and stays cold in the fridge, even on medium setting. Overall, so far, I would say this was a good choice. Value for money and reasonable quality. I just hope it lasts, but it's guaranteed for a year at least, so thumbs up from me for now.

It’s a physically smaller unit than standard- which suited my needs, but make sure you’re clear how much capacity you need. Good price.

The temperature range within the freezer compartment is huge. The thermostat can be set to get the freezer down to a low temperature but the compressor does not start again until the temperature rises way too much for the freezer section. It is therefore not possible to keep the freezer section at a reasonably constant temperature.The freezer can be taken down to -18c or lower but it might rise to -7c or even -5c before it starts up again. In fact, the temperature range within the freezer seems to be greater the colder thermostat is set. It is quite obvious that the thermostat only has relevance to the fridge compartment. If the unit is set to be colder, of course the fridge also becomes colder. The fridge part takes longer to increase in temperature than the freezer section therefore does not start up again for the whole unit early enough to stop the freezer rising in temperature too much.The fridge part rising in temperature enough to trigger the thermostat is made worse when the kitchen is cold as well.If the environment is not warm such as an unheated room, the compressor stays off for hours.All this would be solved if the compressor switched on more frequently and for shorter periods of time.Note, is difficult to contact Comfee but when having done so, not much help.They seem to know that this unit can stay off for a long time and think it's acceptable.The chat agents on Amazon are as useless, evasive and dishonest.

We had to buy this under counter fridge freezer, as we couldn't get replacement parts for the one we already have. It is similar to our old one, but not so quiet, solid and roomy. Unfortunately, we don't' have space for anything bigger in our kitchen and it does lack shelf space ,although it would work fine for an ancillary fridge or for someone single, but. On the plus side its compact, reasonably quiet and seems to keep things cold enough on the minimum setting.However, when I started filling the fridge I noticed that the glass shelf seemed to be the wrong length - see photo's - and that it didn't have any locating lugs at the back to keep it secure, even though the shelf rails look like they are designed for a longer length shelf with locating lugs.I contacted Comfee to ask if we had been supplied with the wrong shelf - BE WARNED they couldn't give me any specifications for this model and informed me that there were no spare parts available in the UK, so couldn't tell me if it was the right shelf nor could they replace it if it wasn't!!
