I wanted to wait to write a review on this until I had had for a long time and it’s been about a year now! As someone who does their Gel-X nails at home, I have 0 complaints! This is the only nail drill I have used, so I don’t have much experience, but I can say it feels really high quality. Its super easy to use and its not too bulky! The speed goes up to 20 which is really only necessary for heavy product removal. It has a reverse and forward option and fits drill bits I have bought separately. When fully charged, I can use it throughout an entire manicure. I included pictures of some manicures I have done using this!

I bought these when I got into gel nails so I could do my own from home. I also love this product. The battery lasts long. Uses a type C charger and it charges quickly. The attachments are super sturdy and useful. Highly recommend for beginners or non-commercial use. The strength of the motor is smooth and silent.

I bought this while on vacation to repair a badly broken nail. It got the job done. I liked the fact that it's cordless also and lightweight. After my second time using it I noticed the bit started to spin irregularly and then the motor sped up and slowed until it stopped. I was shocked it died so quickly so I charged it and used it again. I would say no issues but the speeding up and slowing down would happen occasionally and I don't need any overfiling so I stopped and filed by hand.Fast forward 2 weeks (it's been 3 weeks now of ownership) and I decided to do a full set. I charged it up again and got through filing off the top layer of 3 fingers before it started to spin irregularly and speeding up and slowing down. I paused it and started again. It worked until it stopped. I shut it off, removed the bit, changed the bit... nothing. There is just a high pitched ringing when I turn it on now. I'm not sure if I should replace it or return it for a refund.The picture is of the drill on and fully charged but not spinning.Update: MelodySusie reached out and sent me a new drill. This one works just fine so far. It charges quickly which I love. It's more powerful than another portable drill I have, which was an adjustment, but this is definitely my go to drill now.

I bought this in the beginning of August after watching hours upon hours of tutorials I finally decided to give it a try myself. I've seen many videos feature the Melodysusie tools and had positive reviews. I got mine I only got to use it once , it worked great. I was happy with the drill . 2 days later we were flooded by tropical storm Debby, luckily it was minimal only a few inches of water damage. Still I had to pack away things I wanted to keep safe so I put it away in the box into plastic storage bin along with all my nail supplies. Then after being flooded back to back with 2 more hurricanes in September and October, we haven't been in our home since. We were just blessed from the help of a charity to get 10 days in an Air BNB so I got my bin out of storage to do my daughters nails,( I was trying to do something a little extra for her she's only 12 )but the drill wouldn't work I thought it might be the battery I put it on the charger but still nothing.It was on but it just didn't spin . I was disappointed that It wouldn't work .All my other electronic equipment I had in the bin worked perfectly fine. I also felt bad for letting her downNothing was noticeable as far as damage.I don't know why, it just won't work. I bought it in August so I'm not even able to return or replace it.i don't think the quality of the products are bad ,I think It's was just a manufacturing error.

Love this! So much easier than using a corded drill. I am an amateur, and use it for removing sns on natural nails and for smoothing out rough areas in the dip. Can’t speak for its use when used heavily, but perfect for me (and the price).

I’ve been doing my own nails off and on for years. I have a professional drill but it’s not portable like this one. I never have time to go to the salon and honestly it’s too expensive these days. I instead buy luxury press ons and apply them with acrylic and this tools does exactly what I need it to do. It preps my nails, my cuticles and my press ons. I’ve not had a single problem with it. I immediately charged it when it came in and have used it a lot since I got it a week ago. I’ve used it on my nails, my toes and my girls nails. And it hasn’t died yet so others saying the battery doesn’t last sound like theirs is defective because mine has literally lasted and I’ve used it probably 6-8 times already.

I have been using this drill almost a year now and it’s worth every penny. It is easy to use and light weight. I love the fact that it’s cordless and can also work on the charger.

This drill is great and super beginner friendly. I love how portable and lightweight it is, and the battery life was great. After about 3 months of using it maybe every 3 weeks or so, it just completely stopped working. It won’t charge and it won’t turn on. Super upset:((((
