These actually come flat. Once you break the seal they start puffing up. I let them be for about 5 minutes then fluffed them up. I like them. Quality is very good. I have not used them yet but I’ve squeezed/felt them to know that I’m going to like them for sure. They’re not too poofy & definitely not flat. I’m that person that cuddles up with lots of pillows, so they are perfect for me.

A little difficult to get out of the bags that keep them very tightly compressed for shipping, but after the fluffing up process and a day to recover from the compression, they seem stable and full. Firm enough to use for back pillow in chair. Amazing low price.

These pillows are amazing. They do not puff up very high, but they are light and have enough support for me.

the pillows arrived compressed and fluffed up well after unpacking. i have slept on one for many months now, and cannot wait to replace it. it is not soft enough for me, much too 'high' for my neck. i prefer down pillows, but was hoping for something that could stand up to wet hair and frequent washing better than down (as well as a damn sight cheaper than the circa $100 a new one would cost), so i gave these synthetic things a try. it has survived a couple of washings so far, but i am not really a fan overall.as for "hotel quality" and "cooling"...not so much. i expect better at a hotel, frankly, and i did not notice that they were cooling in any way. quite the contrary. if you just need economical pillows, or if you are one of the lucky people who are able to sleep comfortably on almost anything, these might do. my aching neck says no thanks, though.

Absolute fluffy and comfy ! My sister came to visit and she had one and I said woah what brand is this ! I was blown away it was Amazon ! So bought myself 4 and have been using them for couple weeks and I still find them comfortable !! And they wash very well .

Me encantaron son muy cómodas para dormir pero si son demasiado suaves, osea que no tiene soporte, se unden mucho, aunque vuelven a tomar la forma esponjosa

Nice fluffy pillow that squishes down to less than half an inch when you head rests of it.Hence no support for the neck whatsoever.Good for stomach sleepers I would imagine but not for side or back sleeping.

The pillow is comfortable & medium soft.The only draw back. I get hot after awhile. Wish it had a cooling effect.
