First bite is great, but ends up a bit powdery in your mouth. Total carbs offset by fiber, but could use more salt. If you are diabetic, don’t look at sugars, look at total carbs.

I've tried lots of protein pretzels and these are the WORST! Awful taste and texture. Very dry. Also overpriced, more expensive than and worse tasting than my go to - Lenny & Larry's. Save your $ and don't get these!

I know I could make keto pretzels, but that’s one thing I’m not into making, and these pretzels are delicious. Now people have never did keto will not like when you first opened the bag because it has a scent of the type of flowers that they use but let me tell you I took them out of the bag and put them in a little canister and let the lid open for about an hour and now the smell is gone. I love that they’re so keto carb and I can take some keto chocolate and melt on them or I can eat them with some pimento cheese dip or any other kind of dip that’s low-carb. Very happy and we’ll buy again.

These are really good. Taste and crunch just like pretzels but they have a little too much salt and not enough flavoring on them. I suggest get rid of the salt altogether and add more flavoring and they’d taste just like Snyders

These are okay. The good: Great snack, low in calories and high in protein. They satisfy a craving for something crunchy and because they have protein in them, you feel full longer. Downsides: They are VERY salty and have a lot of sodium. They are good, but not great tasing. They are expensive.

These pretzels had a great deal of sour cream and onion on them. But, once I bit into a pretzel not very good. They tasted stale and soggy. I was so excited.

These are really not good. Honestly, I love honey mustard. If these had decent honey mustard seasoning but a really weird high-protein pretzel, I'd love them. but the seasoning is bad, the pretzel tastes like wet cardboard, and so the whole thing is incredibly unsatisfying --- and also pretty high calorie, despite the low carb content. Love the effort, but these aren't what you're looking for.

For those of you that don't have to eat keto or low carb, you can find other products. For those of us that have no other choice and eating low carbs isn't a hobby or a fad but a must, and if we happen to love pretzels then these are cause for celebration. Considering that they made these using mostly ingredients that aren't even in a real pretzel, it's quite amazing. I have been getting their tortilla chips for over a year and I like them and I know how they have a great crunch but you do notice maybe the peas in the ingredients. Whereas you can eat tortilla chips and pretzels completely on their own, these chips and pretzels are better with some kind of dip. But that fact that I can now grab a pretzel which honestly tastes almost exactly like a real pretzel, is great. After going so many years without them and thinking that I would never be able to eat a pretzel again, I was thrilled to see these advertised. Actually for the last year or so, I've been purchasing zero net carb flour and many different products that are pretty decent, so I was wondering when someone would come out with pretzels and here they are! I chose the variety pack, but I've only tried the traditional salt pretzels so far and I'm not disappointed. They seem perfectly balanced between pretzel flavor and salt, not too much, not too little. They've done a great job. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors.Considering this is their first attempt at pretzels, in time they could improve upon the recipe and get make them even better than they are now. I hope this helps you to decide. They are a little expensive but the bags are pretty big. It's a treat I can afford to get myself every few months.
