It's a good product for digestion. I would not recytaking it daily.. perhaps 3 times a week one capsule a day as it makes poop dry. Otherwise it's ok. If you have vata dosha issue, this could help.

Amazing product. I purchased this product when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. That was May 2013. It sounds ridiculous, but I have not been sick with a cold or flu since then. I tell everyone I know about turkey tail mushrooms. I purchased this supplements due to the implied claim on a video I watched to help cure cancer... I keep buying it since I never get sick. I had chemo.. I had Stage 3c breast cancer with 14 positive nodes, I hope this helps keep the cancer in check. My grand children are snotty nosed 2 and 5 year olds. They Always have colds.. I eat and ate at buffets and even went on a cruise while having chemo. I swear by this product.. I believe that this product is doing more for me then anything I have ever been prescribed by a Dr. I pray that this does more for me then just keep me from getting sick! But if that's it I will take it!Update. It's June 2015 still no cold, no flu and no cancer. I want to hand out bottles to everyone I know! It has been amazing.Update it's May 2016. No colds - flu and no cancer. Just replenished my supply of turkey tail. I am not taking the Drs advise I am taking my own. I would be willing to do a clinical trial for a pharmaceutical company. But would rather have natural supplements. It's a crap shoot with cancer. I am willing to roll the dice and choose living free of anti est meds. Reckless I think not. Reckless was taking the anti est pills and dealing with pain and bone issues. Is a shorter life that you lived worth more then a longer life not able to move from a bed or be productive? I choose this version and hopeful that I did find my magic pill. Photos are of me living a great life after cancer. I still hurt from surgery- but I still have my groove! The flame has not been extinguished by cancer or the meds that the Drs prescribed. Living my best life. Thankful I found host defense turkey tail.
