This case doesn’t hold the darts in place.
This case doesn’t hold the darts in place. The foam which is supposed to hold the dart in place is too stiff, so the darts slide out of the spaces, they are supposed to stay in. There is an elastic band, that is also there to help them stay in place, but it doesn’t put any pressure on the darts, so, when you open the case, the darts are scattered inside the case. As you can see, I cut a piece of foam to fit right over the darts, and under the elastic band, but not even that helped. When I used thicker foam that could hold them in place, I couldn’t close the case. The base problem is that the foam is too hard, and too wide to hold the darts in place. I thought maybe the darts are supposed to lock in place, but that didn’t work either, because the darts were sea sawing from end to end as I tried to push the darts in place. All around this is case is useless. The pictures tell the story. I’m surprised that: 1. Target would sell a case that was so badly designed. 2. That Target would make such a bad product to represent a world champion player like Luke Littler. To me, it looks like Target is just using the excellent name it build in the dart industry, to now profit from selling garbage products, like this. I’m really disappointed in Target, and will stay away from their products in the future.
