Please remember when reading this review that this is my own personal experience. Everyone's results are different so I can only tell you based on my experienceI am a 43-year-old female. I am 5'2 and my weight fluctuates between 185lbs and 200lbs. I am constantly moving. I don't like sitting still. I don't like watching TV, so if I can be outside that's where I want to be. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money and a huge let down.When searching for a new one and did my research and I compared it to others and read tons of review and this was the brand that was recommended by a lot of people. The price was just right and a lot of the reviews were very positive so I went ahead and bought it. Now, I want you to keep in mind, I have only had this for a few days. It tells you that you can take one to two capsules at night. I've only been taking one capsule. I chose to take one because I wanted to see how my body responded to it first before I started taking two of them. For me it helped to suppress my appetite and made me more aware of when my body is full. I am constantly thirsty so I am constantly drinking water. When I wake up in the morning my body is ready to use the restroom where before I had to either drink something or use something in order to go. One of the downfalls, I am either burping or passing gas a little more than I use to. Thankfully,I have two teenage boys so they like to make a contest out of it.When we talk about my experience taking these, it has been a remarkable Journey for me so far to see how my body is responding to them. Me personally I 100% recommend them but it is 100% up to you to decide if you want them or not.If you do end up getting these know your body before you start taking them, so, that way when you do take them you can tell if they are helping you or not. I wish the best for the next person that takes a chance on this and hopefully get the results that they want.

I have never taken any sort of cleanse. I'm a 5'3" woman and my weight is usually around 165. I go through phases of eating more than I should and then less than I should. That's not really an ideal way of healthy living or even losing weight. It worked for me but that doesn't mean I was happy with my weight. What caught mu eye more about this 15 day cleanse was supports bowel movements and of course the weight loss. I figured those together can help me. I am day 10 and my weight began 165 and taking 2 of these twice just before bedtime has helped me much. I am now down to 158 and I am happy. I don't like losing but if it comes to weight, I don't mind at all. I am happy with this product and glad I gave it a try. It was definitely a booster for me.

For me this is by far the best cleanse I have ever taken not only do I use the bathroom really good the day after taking it (I take right before bed) but it continues to work the following days, yes a lil pain BUT I don’t always have pain it works better with a good diet and exercise however I must say the first week I didn’t work out but I didn’t eat bad and it worked really well ppl was asking if I lost weight, so imagine how much better it will work with exercise and a good diet. I like it a lot I just subscribed, I needed something to aid my weight loss journey and this is it. No jitteriness, I sleep well, no taste. Get it now

I took it at night with dinner and a lot of water. I got up at 7 am my stomach aching really bad it woke me up from my sleep. On a scale of 10 I would say a 8 or 9. Went to the bathroom and then at got up at 9 and same process. only took them for 2 days, made my stomach super upset almost to the point of thinking of going to the hospital and note I only took 1 pill at night can’t imagine 2 pills. I will say I weighed myself in the morning those 2 days and I was at 153 and I usually weigh 155 in the morning so that was a difference in Weight loss. No jitters or shakes that I noticed just severe stomach ache and gassy, all night gass. Went to the bathroom maybe 3 or 4 times each day I took the pills

I bought Dr. Vitamins Solution 15 Days Clean looking for something that would help me feel lighter and with better digestion, and the truth worked quite well for me. I took it as indicated in the instructions, and in a few days I noticed a difference in how I felt: less swollen and more regularly. I was a little skeptical when I first got the product because I didn’t know what to expect from a cleanse of this many pills. It didn’t make me too gassy, but I’ve always been able to pass my stools just fine with occasional IBS. I think the product worked for its purpose. I am 5’4 1/2 in about 177 pounds and I went down to 170 while using this product. You definitely wanna stay hydrated and eat a clean diet while doing this cleanse.

I bought these 9 months ago, so far I have done two 4 day cleanses where I take 2 for 2-3 days, eat healthy and drink lots of water and electrolytes. I found that they worked really well. I do experience substantial cramping but it’s not unbearable and goes away after using the bathroom. The price is great and the product works I would recommend to anyone experiencing bloating and in need of some movement. Keep in mind that any weight loss will need to be followed up with healthy diet to stay off.

So far i love this supplement, I needed to have a good cleanse .I lost weight , already its been 3 days since I started taking it . I don't feel bloated .Im taking one pill at night , take it at night . No a good idea if you take it during the day or if you stay home its ok . The ingredients are perfect , good combination of probiotics and cleansing herbs ,. I would buy it again because its mild effect I don't feel i need to stop my life to detox😎
