This is the second unit I ordered and it came with an adapter so that this unit can be used with the thin model and the larger models. The build quality is good and everything is working fine. This model is smaller than the others I've seen but that is to be expected due to this is for the thin models of laptop.

Product looks great. Arrived in excellent condition. Bottom line is that it doesn’t fit GF 63 Thin as advertised. The jack is too large and had a slit in it, both preventing the jack to insert properly. If you have a MSI GF 63 Thin gaming laptop, don’t purchase this product. It’s not the correct size or make. False advertisement. On a note regarding the photos: the jack I’m holding is the original charger that came with the laptop.

Inside the box, there is the power brick itself, a three-prong AC cord to go to the wall, and an adapter cord for the power connector. They've added an adapter cord on top of the regular charge cord that comes with it so the discharger will cover more models. I'm not a huge fan of having adapters on charging cables, but this adapter is very well made. The primary power cable from the wall wall to the charger is a very flexible flat three conductor cable. The cable after the power adapter is a round vinyl jacketed cable and is slightly stiff but still is quite flexible. The power supply brick has a little bit of weight to it. Looking at the specifications on the brick, it takes wall input power and changes it to 19.5 volts DC output power at a maximum of 9.23 amps. The case on the power adapter is a nicely made heavy black plastic with a slightly textured surface to make it easy to hold.As far as using the charger, I did need the adapter to fit my particular laptop, but it charged the laptop with no difficulties. The brick did get slightly warm in use, but my battery was pretty discharged and it was probably putting out at full speed.The bottom line on this charger? It looks very similar to the original, even if you might need the optional included adapter. As far as function, it works just like the original one did.

So far this is working great. It fit my GF 65 thin laptop. There are adaptors to fit other models as well.
