Perfect Solution
I love that the trundle is not connected to the bed itself. I like that it is sturdy and it was easy to put together. With the trundle it is practical for small spaces because it is 2 beds in 1.

Easy to assemble and sturdy. Use Allen wrench drill bits!
This bed is beautiful and easy to assemble! Note: search on Amazon and purchase Allen wrench drill bits. This will greatly reduce assembly time. That said, this bed is sturdy and looks great in my small 9x11 guest room! See pics for details. I bought the daybed spread set on Wayfair.

So far happy
I’ll give it five stars for now since I just spent 4 hrs and many yoga poses to put it together by myself. I made a few mistakes but the instructions were easy to follow delivered intact despise FedEx constantly ruining things. Beautiful daybed I hope it holds up to use.
