At the moment, I am not sure what to ...

At the moment, I am not sure what to say. The very first use, both drives and passengers rear tires had the Auto-Sock in place and tore at the sewn seam in the friction material. I will need to contact Auto Sock for any possible warranty replacement.Update,Auto Sock had me send a photo of the damaged and quickly sent me replacements.Great customer service !
