NORISHING ON MY HAIR AND GOOD BANANA SMELL
I have been purchasing this hair mask since the Body Shop released it. I love that it is a vegan and cruelty-free made product. I was most enticed to buy this product in the first place by the adorable bananas on the product packaging. I use this mask about once a week. It leaves my hair feeling extremely nourished and hydrated with a fruity fresh banana scent.

Sadly, Body Works has filed for bankruptcy. Hair is so soft after using this. My daughter uses this on her dog. Makes his hair shiny and soft.

Item over half empty without sealing
Item over half empty without sealing. They sent a replacement but charged me for two. I would not care that much if I could use the replacement, but It's horrible and leaves hair dry and brittle like a straw for days. Nothing would help, no oil or cream. No ingredient in the bottle. Any shampoo and mask I ordered through Amazon leave my hair like that; something I have never experienced is drying and disturbingly tangling the hair. I used to LOVE body shop. I would even have people deliver it to me, when I lived out of state. Now, The Body Shop have terrible customer service or no service, which is incredibly inappropriate in the US. So I ordered through Amazon, with impeccable customer service, and all five products I bought effected my hair the same. The Banana smell is overflowing, and they changed their products. The smells of products are not like they have been, and the quality is so bad.

Smells like bananas.
Smells like bananas. Little strong so if you don’t like bananas this is not for you. But other than that it really smells amazing in my hair. I pair it up with their banana shampoo. Hair is soft and smooth. I leave it on for 5-10 mins after shampooing.
