I read reviews that it was difficult to assemble with no written instructions. The instructions are on the Amazon site and they are easy to follow. A screwdriver is included and there were extra screws included. It is sturdy and stands alone on the wheels and legs. The handle is long enough when extended. It is not too big nor too small. The carry handle is a plus. I recommend it.

Nice quality and easy to put together

I think a piece was missing bc I attached at the handle but there was no place to attach to the bottom of the handle where it met the base ( no screw holes or screws) I did attach the base and it seems to be fine… I’m just careful with it changing directions and doing stairs….. that said I’m very happy with my choice…I put together by myself and it was a learning curve as there are no directions but I was able to do it without swearing…lol…I’m disabled so carrying a purse/ backpack is not practical for me… this cooler rolls so effortlessly and doesn’t tip over when still bc of the attached platforms…it fits on my rollator sear and holds all my purse items and a book for keeping appointments or long walking activities… I fits in my passenger seat of the car and the cooler keeps my water jug and tea cool even when left in the car while shopping in the Mississippi heat…my emergency snickers bar isn’t melted…I have whatever I need close to hand and dropping the lid keeps prying eyes at bay…the zipper is smooth operating... The sturdiness and effortless rolling are so welcome and added bonus is the handle doesn’t collapse unless the lock button is pushed so I can push or pull the cart as my adventures demand… very liberating … I’m happy with my purchase… 4 stars bc of the handle assembly issue which seems to be ok thus far…

I use this item for carrying products when I do vending events. It's sturdy & the extra compartments are a bonus.

I am not sure if I got a defective one or what, but for the first three weeks this was great! It was perfect for work. I couldn't get all three bars to fit under the bag so I just put the one under that I knew fit. That bar has now fallen out and keeps falling out. Tried to install the other two bars for support but they are too long and do not fit. I really enjoyed this while it worked but now it slopes forward because it has no support. I don't know what to do about it, and would like to keep using this product but thr sloping is causing issues to the bag integrity.

I was looking forward to using this but the base, that needs to be screw into the frame will not line up with the holes on the frame. Poor construction...useless...I didn't open right away and missed the return window...very disappointed Also, it was mush smaller than expected.
