Great price for proposed function had not had the time to install this in my office but plan too soon and will update when possible.

Bought for my late 1800's house. Does a great job at keeping the living room comfortable. Pretty easy install with the pump kit they recommend.

First and foremost... This product is designed to be installed by a professional. Lots of key information is not in the manual most likely because this is probably first hand knowledge for an experienced hvac person. Information missing from previous reviews. 1) the larger line on the indoor unit is pressurized. Be careful removing the cap. 2) the outdoor unit MUST have the lines seated properly. 3) on the outdoor unit you must remove the copper caps(the ones pointed away from the unit) and open the valves ONLY AFTER you have properly seated the copper lines. You will hear a slight hissing as the coolant fills the lines. If the hissing last longer than a few seconds or you see liquid escaping you need to close the valve immediately and either seat your line better or find the leak. 4) batteries supplied were dead. The remote will still light up, but won't power the unit on in that case. I think that covers all the info missing that we managed to figure out. Unit is incredibly quite inside and out, powerful fan, super sleek, android setup was a breeze. Very happy with this unit.

Love this unit. It’s working great. The other Della unit I bought at same time is NOT. That’s why only a 4. Love the quietness, efficiency and capabilities of heating as well as cooling. It cools/heats our whole tiny little cabin.

This was best investment I've ever made. I put this on the wall on my porch that I've converted to a sun room. This extra space that I enclosed with plexiglass and wood and sealed with insulation stayed about 20 degrees different from out side. With a window unit and heaters. Now with the split unit it stays what ever temp I want it to be. The della split unit is so quite I have to put my ear on it to hear it run sometimes the out side unit is even quite. If you mount on outside wall that is a little thin and only a few inches thick it might give a little bit of a hum but so slight you have to want to hear it. Turbo cool or heat will cool or heat super fast. The remote is confusing really bad even with the instructions. No real video to watch on it and you can not out it on auto and set a temp. When you put it on auto which is what I use the most your temp is not settable. You can NOT set auto. Not even on the app. AUTO can not be set. I have not found anything anywhere that can tell me how to set auto. Otherwise this is perfect 👌 👍 🥰. I love it.

I bought my mini split to help cool my garage come the summer heat. When I first set it up it worked great - but it was only 80 degrees outside. Now that we are in the 90s the unit has stopped cooling completely and throws an error every time. I looked up the error and per the manual it only occurs when it’s too hot outside. Like seriously, what’s the point of a mini split for cooling if it stops working in the 90s. I have tried contacting the manufacturer via their app, website and Amazon and have not heard back. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone.

DIY install. You should use a heat pump to prep the lines for install. Ours has been installed for 2 summer and 1 winter. Works great. App is much better than the remote for controlling the unit. Be careful not to kink the lines.

As mini splits go, this one doesn't suck. First black one I've ever installed. Nice for the commercial application but I wouldn't want it for my home. Great deal though!
