I ordered a medium bc these stretch out over time, and I can use a smaller one much longer. I bought the medium one and it was like a large large-size. The straps were almost completely pulled out. It worked, but would never buy again bc of this issue. The wrong size may have been shipped wrong, but I don’t want to risk it again. Returning something cheap like this is not worth my time. Buy at your own risk.
