compony with poor customer service
The website stated free installation was included, but I haven't been contacted. I reached out to Yale via email, and while they replied to follow my request, no further action has been taken

Device was bricked during installation, got a replacement device that was also bricked. Crappy product.

Il Prodotto non funziona correttamente e non e' possibile avere cambio prodotto dato che voi mi dirottate direttamente a Yale che risponde dopo diverse mail che il cambio del prodotto non lo possono fare ma lo deve eseguire direttamente Amazon Business. Ditta Yale molto poco seria e discutibile il modo di verifica con richieste di marca modello motore e foto istallazione ecc. ecc. ma anche da Amazon mi aspettavo una diversa assistenza senza farmi sbattere con la ditta che risponde con personale non tecnico ma solo commerciale.
