My husband bought this for me for my birthday. Haven’t had the chance to use it so when I finally unbox it (past the return date unfortunately) not only was my karaoke machine SLOW and lagged but it was used. Looks brand new but someone’s email was logged in here for all the apps on here. To get to anything it required a password I didn’t have since I wasn’t that person logged in. After resetting it to factory settings I thought it would perform quicker maybe the storage was used up….. wrong. It was still lagging and very bad at connecting with my Bluetooth, WiFi, and not to mention it doesn’t work well with Apple devices even though it has the option for it. I do not recommend this to anyone. Save your money. It is too expensive for the quality. Is it loud? Oh sure! Extremely! But it takes 15 mins to get one song on YouTube after spending 30 mins connecting to WiFi.
