These unisex incontinence pants are discreet and comfortable enough to wear all day and have the highest absorbance of any I've tried. They neutralise odour well and the tear-able strips alongside each side seam facilitate removal in a hurry without having to remove your trousers completely. The only complaint I have is that they are prone to shed paper particles which can cling to your clothing but do brush off easily enough.

Under the circumstances, these pants seem to be the most absorbent we have used so far. My husband is partially disabled and uses them mostly at night. He says that they are very comfortable because they keep him feeling dry throughout the night whatever the circumstances, which is the ultimate goal. He uses XL and they are a comfortable fit and not at all restrictive.

Fantastic performance and capacity. After recovering from cancer and other health issues my badder control has become a nightmare for me, even with incontinence medication.
