I always wear undershirt or compression when going to the gym. I usually wear L but sometime M for compression shirt. For this I order size L. The material is well made and comfortable, not thin nor thick. It is very stretchy but not as compressed. I order another M, it is a bit smaller but still can stretch when pull. I like the shirt because for the price, they are very comfortable, they fit well both the length how stretchy they are. I hope the material do last.

I would not consider these a "compression" shirt. They are not thick enough or tight enough as compared to other compression shirts I have. These are basically a form-fitting, light-fabric T-shirt. They will visually be the same size as your other T-shirts and also wear and fit similar to your other regular Tshirts, just more form fitting. Not really what I was expecting but am rating a 3 as they're not a bad shirt just not what I anticipated from the description
