Easy setup and strong signal
Purchased this to function as an access point for my back yard. I use a micro PC on my telescope and my regular WiFi would not reach more than 20 feet outside of my home. This provides a strong signal 150' line of sight without issues to connect my Micro PC with my home network. I am sure it would work farther. Key is to get it into a protected space outside that has clear path to what you want to connect. Follow the instructions and you will be up and running in short order. I have not tried the repeater or other modes.

Complecated setup
It is very hard to configure. The client + AP mode can connect to a open network at a distance, but it is hard to figure out why it can't connect to an open network at a short distance. The manual is 120 pages long but it is helpful though. A individual with network experience is probably required.

Good signal
Needed an outdoor ap for cameras around my property. Was trying to decide to go with this one or tp link. Decided on this and haven't been disappointed. Cameras stay connected, signal is great. Hopefully they will come out with a new version with wifi 6 or 7

Speed wise it's great.
Setup and interface is next to impossible to access.I don't know why their app can't access it. Basically I had to luck into getting into the settings via webpage and managed to atleast name the network and add a password. After that I couldn't get back in to do anything. However it works, I'm able to run at full speed across the property in the additional coverage it added. Signal and range are excellent so is throughput. The user interface just isn't something I'm gonna access regularly I hope.I'd order another, if I thought I could access it.

Tenda makes cheap basic stuff
speeds suffer using these.

Worked great just as advertised.
This unit worked great on both bands and has lots of programmable features to customize it operation, if needed.Especially like the fact that you can program in several different SSIDs and Passcodes.Decent range outdoors and great speeds for the cost.If it had a second LAN connection port for daisy chaining, it would be perfect.

waste of time and money
the device changes the IP address even though it is set to static, not even the hotline can help. For a new device it is a waste of time.

Its been working well after a few months of use
It works well as a router to extend a wifi connection. I havent had any issues with slow connections, connection drops or becoming offline. It works perfectly so I believe it is a good investment.
