I began this supplement last year in the winter to help my gut health and vitamin journey. I took these pills along with ginger pills, sea moss pills, and some pills to help with focus and emotional regulation. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I went from being 170 pounds at 5’5 , eating fast food everyday because of cravings, being tired and depressed all the time with little to no energy, to being myself again. I am 145 now, which is smaller than I was in high school. My cravings completely changed, and I started craving healthier foods that I never really had before. I started eating smoothies a lot more, and I found myself finally having the energy to not only do my everyday life, but anything that would pop up too. Now, you do have to follow the directions to make it work. I would say cleanse yourself every 3 months at least so you can reset. The bottle lasted me a long time. I believe it comes with 90 pills, and depending on your needs can last up to 3 doses. Which isn’t bad for $25. I don’t take the pills everyday, but I still haven’t gained the weight back, and my eating habits forever changed. I was taking these pills along sea moss and ginger by itself at one point and it did not have the same effect on my gut health and weight as the para guard did. Also, side note, for the ladies, this is amazing for vaginal health. It contains slippery elm bark extract, which helps keep things as they should be down there 💦. A LOT of the ingredients help with skin health as well as digestive health. Oregano oil is also present, which is said to be almost like a natural antibiotic for your body. They say your stomach is your first brain, and your head your second. This supplement helped my mental health as well it’s really just overall unbelievable how much this has helped me. I never took vitamins like that, but something had to give and my intuition just told me it started with my gut health. I would highly recommend trying it at least once to see if it works for you, and for 25-30 bucks it really is worth all the benefits.

I loved the ease of this Paraguard Cleanse. It's just one capsule a day, without any nasty taste. I've had liquid cleanses before that tasted so awful, I couldn't complete them. The reason I took these is bc I was seeing white things/ or mucus in my stools. After taking Paraguard for 2 weeks, the stools became a uniform dark brown. A couple weeks later I did notice a few more white streaks in my stool, so I took the Paraguard for 3 days and they disappeared. It's been months now, and I haven't seen anything noticeable in my stools. I intend to use this product s couple times a year as a preventative.

I feel like this did increase my gut health given the ingredients I also take pumpkin seeds which is already in the capsule. I bought it once and I will buy it again it's a reasonable price, I never had any pain to begin with so I didn't see any changes there but I felt healthier when I was on it I'm due for another purchase, I took one a day.

I took this product for 2 months and am pretty satisfied with the results. I did have to use the bathroom maybe up to 2 hours after taking the pill and I think overall did help my gut. I never saw anything moving in my stool but did see some flat about an inch long things in there that might've been fluke worms. Not sure, but I will be purchasing in the future.

Seems like it does the job, not sure if I have anything but its always good to do this every year or 6 months. Our bodies always infested with disease so this im sure helps, they arent too big to swallow and taste is very bland. I take them on empty stomach or even with food. I usually just do the light cleanse for like 7 or 10 days. They make you go poop thats for sure

I appreciate the customer support that comes with this product. It’s rare to actually talk to a real person these days, and I was able to get through to someone who helped answer a couple of questions, as this is my first time doing a cleanse like this.I can already feel this product working, and I plan to continue using Zahler products in the future. I would recommend to family and friends.

I have Brent along this for days now. I do not feel any different the only thing that has changed is my bloating is gone and I’m pooing daily now. I maybe will eat 1 or 2 things a day due to my busy schedule and never having time to eat a meal. I was only pooing 1 time a week. But taking this it is making me go daily but I noticed it looks like seeds in my poop? I’m very confused I know the pill is made from seeds but I am not doctor but I am assuming my body is NOT digesting the seeds and I am just pooping them out? I do know that you do not absolutely not want to take these on an empty tummy or it will give you the runs I suggest taking one after you eat bread or something. I took one with nothing but coffee and I was on the toilet for an hour. I don’t think it’s really working I assumed I would see worms or something in my poo but all I see is seeds

I started taking this product and I felt just overall better within a couple of days. My bloating decreased, energy increased, and felt more lively. The only thing I changed was started taking this in the morning. I recommend! My wife said the same thing.
