Work fine at a more reasonable cost

My Greenjob LC426 ink cartridges have not been identified by my Brother printer. They are being sold as being compatible with my printer. The cartridges have all been fitted in the printer and are therefore not returnable. In the meantime I am unable to do any printing. Please tell me what the situation is regarding a refund. Also can the same thing happen with any other non Brother alternative brand cartridges? This is important to have this information as the claim that non Brother cartridges are compatible with Brother printers may not be true as in my case. Please treat as urgent as this is affecting my working capacity.

Great print quality

I finally opened these cartridges (original brother cartridges had run out) and to my great disbelief, they did not work. I contacted Amazon who simply suggested’I only order original cartridges’. Not sure why my printer is not accepting these.

They do the job but did not slide in very easily and I was worried that I would damage my printer, but it worked in the end. Brother software pointed out that they were not original carodiges but accepted them.However the main point is that they were about 25% of the cost of Brother cartridges, so will buy again..
