I have the Bose QC 35 II in a limited edition color, rose gold with soapstone ear cushions and headband. Unfortunately I can't get OEM 35 ear cushions in soapstone anymore, so I had to get black. Having mismatched soapstone/white headband and black ear cushions really annoyed me, so I bought this headband cover in black to match.WOW I wish I bought the headband cover sooner! It's silicone, which is easy to wipe to clean. You can also unzip the cover and remove it to give it a good scrub in the sink if you need. I wish I'd gotten the headband cover sooner to keep the original headband clean. The microfiber/protein leather is a PAIN to clean, especially while trying to avoid getting electronic parts wet.The only thing to note is that the headphones will be slightly thicker with the headband cover, so you'll have to squish your headphones a little to get it to fit in the original case.Highly recommend. The cover fits PERFECTLY with zero effort and looks SO GOOD. I feel like I have brand new headphones!

I've had this on for a few months now and I really like it. It fits perfect on the headband and is just as comfortable as without. Covered up my poor old flaky original and looks great.

If you want the best looking, highest quality head band cover out there. You just found it. Yes, it costs more but definitely worth the price. I love it!

The zipper is a very poor quality, it broke the first time I tried it. Not worth the money

Headset started peeling and needed something that is sweat resistant and easy to clean. This checks all the boxes, looks sleek and worth the price!

The silicone is slippery on my fine textured hair, even mostly bald (Female). So although it’s the only deduction thus far, it’s a big one. I have to wear them a different way, especially when laying down, to keep them from sliding back. It’s not quite as comfortable as the neoprene ones but I decided to try this one because the others absorb grease and this one could be cleaned with just a microfiber cloth or T-shirt. The 80’s theme is okay, better than I expected from the pictures, but it was hard to choose a style I liked better. I think in terms of durability, which for me relates a lot with quality, that this headphone protector will last a long time as long as the bending areas don’t crack and tear since they are thicker. The overall thickness of the band protector is good, but it could be softer to match OEM feel. And I’d like the next iteration to have a grippy, slightly textured underside (part that touches your hair and skin) to keep it from moving it on my head. For reference, I am using this on a new pair of Bose Quiet Comfort headphones, having had the Bose QC I and QC II (the later is falling like it’s barely hanging on but extremely heavy use for help coping with my hearing disorder, so “sanity savers” I named them. For years I used a neoprene version and it was more comfortable but soaked up any amount of oil and that was gross. If this one lasts, I’ll eventually replace the neoprene one with this or similar silicone headband cover.

Fits snugly and isn’t bulky.Works just as I’d hoped.
