Perfect hot plates
These little pans are perfect as individual plates that go from oven to table (with a trivet, or silicone mat). I got one for the whole gang. Roast your veggies, bake a big brownie or bake your eggs. Love ‘em! Dishwasher safe, variety of uses.

Great prep trays, a bit smaller than I envisioned but true to posted dimensions
I have time in my mornings, but never have much time for dinner prep by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all.* * I know all toaster ovens are different, but we have the Breville convection oven and 2 of these trays fit perfectly side-by-side.I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are also very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I definitely couldn't get 2 into our Breville if the sides flared out even a little.I've thrown these into the dishwasher, as well as scrubbed them by hand. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

Not dishwasher safe, don't do it if you can't hand clean stuff....otherwise, GREAT PANS!
THIS IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE!I am surprised to see so many bad reviews about this because they didn't know it's not for dish washer... just like any raw stainless steel pans are, it will be damaged if you do. Please be sure it's something you want and don't blame the product cause...it's perfect small tray for baking, cooking, BBQ, food plating and more!We bought 4 of these years back and had to get more for the conveniency over using plates - Especially for hosting a BBQ and baking multiple side dishes!Size is compact and very small, like a one person portion plate, but that means it's even more multi-purposes! We even use it for making focaccia bread since this size is perfect for making focaccia without too much leftover. We tend to hand wash all stainless steel trays we have, and these little trays are light and easy to hand wash, even if you have sticky stuff it's easy to clean after soaking it.We love it that we ordered 5 more and gave some to family members. I recommend these trays!

Seems fine, fits the balmuda toaster pretty well.
Seems fine, not heavy duty but not cheap feeling, this should work fine. I appreciate the sizes offered, I was looking for a pan that fit my balmuda toaster a bit better than others I have tried, since the space is limited to begin with.

I love these pans and the brand is high quality
I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from. The pans are thick enough to hold a consistent heat, which is extremely high quality for the money.

Nacho average pan
This review isn’t about cookies. I’m not a baker. It’s about nachos. We love nachos. Leftover grilled chicken? Yes, please. Leftover chili? Just add cheese! But there’s only 2 of us and one of us (me) doesn’t like guacamole and sour cream. Sometimes one of us (me again) wants nachos for lunch. My quarter-sheet pans just weren’t working. Enter these eighth-sheet pans. They’re perfect for a single layer of nachos for one. Now we each get our own tray of hot nachos made to order with no sad, lonely, naked chips. Every chip is a good one.But about the pans. I love Nordic Ware sheet pans because of their rigid construction and ease of cleaning. I’ve had my half- and quarter-sheet size pans for over a decade (sometimes I bake refrigerated cookies or frozen biscuits and once a spatchcocked turkey), and not one of them has warped. I stick these new ones right under the broiler with no worries.

Quality, long lasting materials
I bought these specifically as serving trays to make burger or taco nights more fun. They work great! The kids love when we use them because it feels like they’re at a restaurant instead of the dinner table. I went with Nordic Ware because they are high quality. Cheaper brands are lightweight, warp, and scratch easily. These pans hold up to higher temps, and are heavy. They also work great for making single servings of loaded nachos in the over or air fryer!
