66 year old female, with normal to dry, eczema prone skin. I just finished my first bottle (2 months), and have ordered a second (photo #7). Photos #1-2 show that my nails are now nice enough to be able to wear my natural nail or just polish or a wrap. No tips needed. Prior to this product, they grew, but were constantly breaking or peeling at the tips. Photo #3 was taken after washing my face, but before applying any products. I have not had a single eczema breakout, and zero skin irritation. Some mention getting an upset stomach. I always take with my evening meal and have had no issues. Photo #4 also shows my body skin also looking healthy. Photos #5-6 are to show that my hair is thicker. I also noticed that the two front pieces that I used to have to secure with a hair clip no longer require them. It must have grown out. My caveat is that this product is an excellent booster for me. I already had a good regimen to address all of the above, but this seems to be the missing link to make a complete system. I also do onion oil treatment twice a week because I have textured hair less oil treatments are extremely good or when you’re growing your hair out because it stops breakage.One last thing I will have everyone is that you should figure out your hair type so that you know what you need to get your hair to grow better. I’m pleased with this product for hair growth! I have noticed that my hair is regrowing and my nails are growing faster. I haven’t noticed a big change in my skin. I bought this supplement to aid my hair growth as I have androgenic alopecia, and now in perimenopause I have noticed my eyelashes were thinning and getting shorter. The tablets helped my eyelashes grow, but I don't think it helped at all with my hair on my head - which makes sense as it is driven by a hormonal/genetic cause. The tablets were a good size, not too big, had no taste and did not upset my stomach.
