Awesome probiotic! It tastes good. It's a chewable with a chalk finish, but the flavor is good, so it doesn't turn off the kids. I give the kids half a tab a day, and we (mom and dad) take a whole one. That being said, it's an excellent value for your money.You generally get the results your looking for within a couple of hours, unless you're having some REAL tummy issues. In that case, I'd say giving a full dose to a kid, or 1 and a half to an adult. Taking 2 will result in mild diarrhea that will typically resolve within the day.This is some of the best probiotic we've tried. My kids love the flavor and there's not too much sugar in it. They don't have to swallow it a chewable. We bought this for gut health and the effectiveness because of the quality.It is off the charts.

My son has been getting a lot of tummy aches recently so I was looking for a good strong probiotic that isn’t outrageously priced. You get over a month supply with these plus they taste great. I’ve been giving it to my son (7) for a week now, and he hasn’t complained about a stomach ache in the last 4 days which is a huge improvement. I’ve also been giving one to my daughter (5) every day since it comes with so many. I will definitely continue to repurchase these.

Kids love these and they work but if you have ASD adhd kids like mine I suggest doubling the dose. My youngest was 3 the daily dose is fine helped her. But year later she needed doubling. My oldest at 12 needs 20 billion already. Btw They eat an elimination diet of no gluten no artificial anything sugar milk and organic gmo free and only allowed organic cheese 1 serving a day for my youngest and 2 for oldest to reduce constipation which is normal for kids with ASD adhd. The higher the probiotic I’ve learned the better for them. I’d recomend for young toddlers it worked very well up til age 5 depending on disabilities.

I don’t really know if it works because I feed my kids healthy but they like the supplement
