This camera rivals the more expensive ones that are similar to it. I’ve tested it throughly with MS Teams, Zoom and as just a webcam.It has a very smooth zoom, great picture quality and quickly finds faces in a meeting room. The footprint is average, about the size of the big vendor’s aging cameras I replaced.The remote works very well and has the controls clearly marked and is easy to use.I really don’t have any Cons on this unit and can highly recommend it for corporate conferencing needs. It may be less expensive but you’d never know it.I’ve evaluated several other cameras and complete platforms that are around the same price and some 10 times as much. I’d say that the more expensive platforms offer little more value.This one is also plug and play. There is virtually no setup. Within a minute of plugging it into a Windows workstation it was up and running without a reboot. Nice!It has many extra ports as well so it’s very expandable.I haven’t tried it with any control boards but it does support industry standard protocols so I would expect it to work well with them.Overall this is a 5 star unit and I’ll be buying more if available.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this to live stream our cornhole events. The setup, operation, zoom and focus of this camera are all amazing. We used the provided USB dongle and at a distance of 20ft worked perfect. You can also hardwire the camera. I had a few questions for the Tongveo customer service team prior to purchase and they were prompt, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this camera

I love the fact that this webcam is wireless. I can move it anywhere in the room and the wireless transmitter can also move from our stationary desktop or a guest presenter’s laptop. The wireless speaker is also excellent. It can pick up speaker’s audio anywhere in our 1600 sqft training facility.One down side I have started experiencing since last week is the lag time for transmitting video. This was not a problem when we first setup and started using it. We did not change any settings. Will contact manufacturer for support and see if the lagging issues can be resolved. The lagging issue is very noticeable. It’s 2-3 seconds behind the actual scene.

Great camera with lots of features. Remote is very useful. Connection to computer was fast and east. Very clear image.

Awful return process, not like what I am used to; product did not function properly now I’m stuck waiting on this process before I can get a different cam and get back to work. We bought this to install in our 20'x30' conference room. It's mounted on the 30' wall to capture the entire 12-seat conference table. It was the simplest device yet that I've connected to my laptop... genuine plug and play! The "maiden voyage" was a conference yesterday with 9 people at the table and 3 remote via Zoom. It worked perfectly!We used the companion Tongveo Bluetooth Speakerphone Conference Microphone on the center of the table. The meeting went off without a hitch!! Everything worked right out of the box. Excellent video and sound quality. The zoom/pan on the camera works perfectly. Extremely pleased - I'd recommend this setup to anyone with a conference room and needs that are comparable to ours.

Esta cámara me asombró lo sencillo de configurar. El sonido y el micrófono son impresionantes. Solo necesitas dos puertos USB (deben estar separados ya que el transmisor es algo grande y ocupa mucho espacio para conectar el del audio).El zoom es impresionante!
