Wonderful
This is wonderful little Dutch oven. I’ve given it as a gift and it was the talk of the party. Perfect size for one or two or as a side dish cleans up well.

2 qt size perfect with modern toaster over/air fryer
I have been cooking for myself and others ever since my Mom sent me off to college with a copy of the James Beard Cookbook in1960. 64 years. In that time, I've lost count of how many electric crock pots, multicookers, toaster ovens, microwaves, and recently induction burners and air fryers I've tried. For this review, I would like to recommend the following: If you have a decent, modern, 'smart oven and air fryer', such as my new Nuwave Bravo XL Pro, get yourself one of these small Dutch Ovens. Then pack up your crock pots and multicookers and drop them off at Goodwill. You will find that you can do everything better - with one exception - with this Dutch Oven and your Smart Oven/Air Fryer.First, compare what you are cooking your food in. If its a Crock Pot, its a clay pot of some type. If a multicooker, A thin flimsy, likely PFOA coated Aluminum pot. Can you start something in either of these on your induction burner before finishing them in their cooker? Of course not. They won't work. Not iron. Put them on a regular stovetop, the first will shatter, the second incinerate your food to the bottom.Next, what about simply using the containers as designed, in their electric 'jackets'? Here the problem is that the 'jacket' usually heats from the bottom. Uneven. Your Chili comes out half glued to the bottom, and likely burned as well..particularly with the Multicooker where its a pita to remove the top to stir it.With this small Dutch Oven, it is heated much more uniformly in your toaster oven. Open the door, lift of lid, stir. Your Jacques Pepin Beef Burgundy is perfectly cooked after 2hrs at 275-300 degrees. Not 6 hrs in the Crock Pot, or again a burned mess in the thin heated-from-the bottom multicooker..And no PFOA coating to pollute it.Soups, other stews, and similar are uniformly cooked, at whatever temperature and time you program into your Toaster Oven.I mentioned there is one exception your Dutch Oven and Toaster Oven together can't match or better vs. your multicooker. Its Pressure Cooking. For this, the answer is simple: buy the 6 qt Stainless (Never Aluminum) basic "rocker on top' Presto Pressure Cooker for about $60..Enjoy many meals with your new Dutch Oven. And while I also have a 6 qt larger one I use in my main oven, this 2 qt one is perfect for one or two, and certainly for at least two meals per shot.

Great Dutch oven
Beatify dutch oven. I love the color. Plenty of room for baking a large loaf sour dough bread. Used it twice so far. Need to get used to baking times in it as I used to use a stone cookware but it broke. Bread has turned out great though.

Cooks everything perfectly
I cook everything in this. It’s heavier than I thought but it never put it away since I use it so much

I got the wrong color, but it will do
Good size for all the bread recipes out there. It is also a good 2-person size as well for anything you would cook in a larger version of this pot. I still have 6 kids at home so I cook large, but I will use this for bread until one of my kids sneaks off with it, LOL! All my good cookware is in one of their homes which is fine with me. It's not the color I ordered, but it will be fine. I ordered the "blue" which is a brighter, beachy blue and I got a darker teal colored one. It's still pretty, but I wanted the brighter one. Since it arrived with no chips or anything I will probably just keep it. Again, it won't last long enough in my kitchen for it to matter. The edges are a bit rough where they are not enameled, but with the amount of use it will get in my kitchen that roughness with smooth out with use. No chips in the enamel, no scratches or chips in the outside enamel. It is easy to lift and move around. Can't really beat it for the price, I got the 3 qt for under $20.

Handsome Color, Well Constructed
My first Dutch oven, and I am impressed. Cooks meat & veggies thoroughly, bakes bread nicely with crunchy crust. It is HEAVY. I got the 6.4 qt. one. I may get a smaller, 3 qt one for more frequent use. OH and did I mention: HEAVY?
