Great quality and Sound
After reading some of these reviews about some people not receiving all the parts, I must admit it took me about 3 months going back and forth on whether to purchase this one or move on. Well, because I am beginner I figured” what the heck” let’s do it. To my surprise everything was in the box as stated. The hand pan looks very nice and of good quality. The sound is amazing. Very easy to use.

Well worth the buy!
So much fun! Bought as a gift and it went well! I'm not sure if it was perfectly in tune or not, but the sound was wonderful! I thought that the notes were pretty easy to use with your hands with the "flicking" motion of your fingers. The higher notes were a bit harder to get sound of without the sticks, but if you have more strength in your fingers, you can definitely make it happen. I'm ready to find another handpan already in a G minor or G major Kurd. I think for the money, this is a great investment!

I am not disappointed
I am a beginner playing handpan. I was told to buy a expensive because the cheapest are not tune etc. This handpan sounds good, it have a very nice bag and one base to put the handpan. I am not an expert but for me it sounds good, If in the future I learn how to play better, maybe I will upgrade for a expensive, but I actually like this one for is perfect my actuals needs and it looks nice. If you are like me that didn't know anything about handpans this is a D Kurd, if you want to play like Martin Martel, he used most of the time a handpan with a different kind of tone, you will never be able to have those tones with this handpan.

Good Pan At This Price
This is my first pan. I did not want to spend a lot of money in case I didn't end up liking it while I learn how to play. I received this pan very well packaged and seemingly in tune. I began playing and am improving my sound quality. As I am improving my strike technique I am hearing the tones becoming more melodic. However, I do not like how the bE4 plays. No matter what I do it will not resonate, all the other notes play well. The pattern on the top of the pan is very pretty and so makes the pan more attractive in the space where I primarily use it. The little stand works well, but the strap on it is fixed at both ends so there is no way to attach it to anything...like when the pan is in its case, you cant hang it from a strap. The case fits the pan very well and provides nice protection. I have hiked with it and found that it is acceptable on a 5 mile very rough terrain trail but the attachment points seem to be just a bit off for really good comfort. I will be adding a chest strap too. Overall, I believe this is a good pan at this price point. It can make very pretty music once you learn how to properly play it.

It’s surprisingly easy to play
Beautiful tones, surprisingly easy to play. It looks like a nice art piece sitting on the included stand. It also comes with a well constructed carrying case as well.

Good Value for the Money
I've been saving for a hand pan and researching while looking for the right one for me. This pan weighs 16 lbs. Since I'm older in age I was glad it wasn't too big or too heavy, and it came with a lightweight stand. If you play the pan vigorously, you'd be wise to invest in a better stand. It comes with sticks, but I prefer to use my hands, because you can blend so many more sounds. The sound quality is good for a cheaper grade pan but the fact that it has 10 notes gives you more opportunity for more sounds. I'm new to this instrument so would've liked some sort of sheet of instructions for Dummies, but you do get a cleaning cloth, and some numbers you can stick on it. There are plenty of free online websites where you can learn the basics. I'd bought books from Amazon before getting this pan and watched You Tube videos. Thinking about signing up for classes online. For the money this was a good buy.
