PRO-838 Heavy Duty Clear contains biocides for in-pail preservation and to resist the growth of mold and mildew on the adhesive film. PRO-838 will not kill any existing mold and mildew that may be present on the wall prior to installation.

how long to wait after applying the paste and hanging the paper?

I applied paste to wall. Let dry while cutting wallpaper. Used precasted paper and followed directions. Paper really stuck well to wall

Can this be used for peel & stick wallpaper touch-ups? Is the wallpaper removeable over time or does this act as a permanent application?

PRO-838 is considered a heavy-duty adhesive. Repairs made with PRO-838 may be more difficult to remove in the future. A better option might be the PRO-880 Ultra Clear Strippable: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09C93HMNG/
