Skylanders Trap Team: Starter Pack (Nintendo Wii)

The fourth part of the Skylanders series is as good as the previous three sections. Challenging and entertaining. For me this is a very good buy, of course a five-star game!

Bought for my 7 year old's birthday and he hasn't stopped playing it since. All his friends have this too so they enjoy playing them together and sharing the different characters to open different worlds. It is difficult for me to comment as I usually glaze over when my son talks incessantly about this game but that must be a good sign. There is a huge array of new characters you can buy (at extortionate prices sometimes) so this is something my son can build on with gifts from others. It also works with the Swap Force game characters - I bought this at the same time as together they were a decent price.

Bought as a present for a 7 year old. Expectations were high and the plastic toys were great. However, the game itself is in French language only. There are no options to change it from French to English, so you are stuck with French. The game is sold looking like a English language game, but it is not. Amazon customer services were unable to provide a replacement as they could not guarantee we would get an English Language version next time. Unless you want a French language game do not buy. @ Amazon, you need to look at quality control for this product. We are not impressed.

I ordered this for my 8 year old Christmas present. He loves it, he's literally not stopped playing it. The console isn't big at all so fits nicely it small areas and easily transportable. Be warned though, I've already taken three trips to the shops to purchase more traps and characters, I can see this turning out quite costly! Overall great product.

We bought this game for my 5 year old son for Christmas and the whole family is hooked. Good job really as unfortunately 3 days after playing it we reached the level where the game freezes (trying to defeat the Dreamcatcher) My heart sank. I'd read the reviews for this game and hoped that Activision wouldn't be supplying faulty discs any more but apparently not. My son was devastated but after visiting the Activision website we discovered that if you complete the level really quickly without stopping to collect any of the extra bits then its possible to avoid the fault. Unfortunately my son wouldn't have been able to do this so I had to reluctantly take the controls and complete it for him. Apart from that, its a brilliant game and is actually helping my son read as he reads the name of the characters and tries to read the dialogue with the characters.

My son absolutely loved this product. We actually bought it for my nephew for Christmas but he was given two of the same item so he very kindly gave it to my son in the middle of January (unopened). Sadly, last weekend, the disk stopped working and kept showing an error message. We've tried to work out what the problem is, but none of our efforts have borne fruit, and we've just missed out on the window for returning the product. Such a shame as my son was enjoying playing with it so much.

Amazon Logistics delivery service fails again. Product is great, fulfilment dreadful, as bad as Yodel
