ARKANTOS Pilates Reformer Machine Foldable, Reformer Pilates Equipment for Gym Workout and Home Use, Suitable for Intermediate and Beginners Users

Firstly I would like to start with WHY I love this, the bands on the machine are super strong, I can’t even push the reformer out when all of them are in. So I LOVE that. The machine is quiet and sturdy. I love that it comes with small foam pads that protects my floor from any scratches. I’m 5’2 145 pounds. It works well with my height and weight. It folds up nicely which I can store in a closet so it’s not in the way at all. The foot bar it also very sturdy!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 10/10I did originally receive a machine that was faulty however customer service was wonderful in making sure that we worked together to resolve that issue and I did receive a new machine with no issues. Communication with them was 10/10.My main draw backs is that it’s a little on the heavier side so folding it up on your own may be difficult, but it does have wheels so moving it from room to room isnt to bad.due to it being bands and not springs it doesn’t move quite as smoothly as a reformer at club Pilates but is just a quiet, so in my eyes it’s comparable(Also I enjoy no longer paying the outrageous membership cost)If you have any kind of hesitation I hope this clears any hesitations you may have. I’m 1000% pro purchase of this item

Great reformer for home practice on days you can’t get to the studio. I don’t think it’s that good for exclusive use. I’m going to give you all the negatives:The bands are hard to change out and are all the same tension so it’s kind of hard to translate from springs when the instructor cues red/blue/green.The machine is shooorrttt, I’m 5’0” and I sometimes hit the stoppers, if it were taller I’d definitely have to figure out a way to modify.The foot bar doesn’t have a position where I can get an optimal angle for footwork, but it’s still OK.The cords are complicated to adjust but luckily, once they’re adjusted they don’t move.The straps are small, but the right size for the small machine.When the carriage moves you can feel the bumps where the joint is.And the worst of all and the thing I hate the most, the shoulder blocks do not attach securely. They just have a peg you drop in a hole so you can’t use them for stability and oftentimes, when I reach back for the loops the block flips off and I have to get up to put it back.Still giving it 4 stars because I think it’s as good as a budget-priced reformer is going to get, as long as you aren’t too tall. I did a workout using YouTube and I got my butt kicked, so it gets the job done. Just keep your expectations low, especially if you’re used to studio reformers.

Arrived 5 days early from the shipper.Easy to put together, took me about 40 minutesVery happy with the over all aesthetic based on that it matches my house & sunroom. The room I have it in is about 12x12 & fits perfectlyI do not plan on ever really folding it up, but it does seem very easy to if needed. Because of the color & the feminine aspect to it (not bulky) it does not bother me like other equipment would.Have used it every day since buying. VERY excited & happy. Such a great purchase based on price. Been getting incredible work outs with it & hope to see more from this seller/store very soon.Great quality & Glides very well!

Meh. It folds up nice for easy storage and its convenient, but otherwise just meh.

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made, hands down.I love Pilates but I have crippling social anxiety sometimes so now that I have access at home I rarely skip a day 🙂I feel stronger and more lean /toned !It’s easy to use and it folds up for easy stowaway/ cleaning.You can also switch up the bands.Do it girls !

Like many others, I just did not want to commit to $200 per month to attend pilates classes. I did a lot of research & decided a foldable pilates reformer was something worth giving a try. This machine arrived within 3 days (about 3-4 days sooner than expected) and was not difficult to assemble. Adjusting the ropes was the only thing that was a little time consuming but that is only because I kept adjusting after each workout to find my perfect fit. Now that I have them set to what works best for my height, I won’t have to worry about that anymore. This machine works great & is good value for your money. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Comes pretty much fully assembled but there is a good weight to it so better to have someone help you carry it. I did it alone and it was not a good idea.Mine didn’t have any cosmetic issues (rips/scratches/dents) but it wobbled even on level floor.Obviously since it wobbled I didn’t feel very safe on it For a similar cost you can get a different one that does not wobble and you feel safe and secure on.

Assembly took a little bit longer than video indicates, but the machine does what it’s supposed to do. It’s more or less smooth, and for a budget reformer – it gets the job done and I have no regrets.The only reason I withheld five stars is the carriage is a bit on the short side and there’s not much in the way of a headrest. There’s also nothing telling you how much weight is on the different coils. Which ones are heavy or light or are they all the same? I just have to play around with it to try to get to a weight that feels more or less right for the exercising doing.But again, it was very inexpensive and it works like a reformer should.
