Mostly for every thing while using the gas stove.I mostly use cast iron or iron for cooking with or without wooden handles.

Totally Disappointed! Worst product
The pan became rusty and unusable after the first wash.. I just wanted to wash the pan before using it and this is the state of the pan after the wash. The black coating vanished and hidden under the paint is this rusty pan. I understand that iron pan are prone to rust if not in use. But not like this . This is the worst product ever. Waste of money. Never buy this product.
