Super fun for kids and kids at heart! I bought this for my 5 year old grandson and it sure has been a hit! Hot Wheels makes a great product and it delivers on the fun meter. It seems durable, is t to loud and is the perfect speed to capture and keep his attention.

This track pack opens up the most possibilities for the price. Awesome way to train little ones on RC cars too. They can still “crash” off the course, so there’s discipline and learning involved. I think this is one of those fancy “STEM” toys due to the physics, track-building, etc. The little remote control car works great. And the raised walls of the track pieces are really helpful for inexperienced “drivers”. Everything seems to connect to other track packs too. Really giving slot cars a run for their money. Great for ALL ages and any gender combination.

Really fun set that we got as a present for Christmas and kids finally opened it up to play. The little remote car is so cool and it goes really fast with the boost! You have to boost to get it through the loop de loop, but can't boost on the turns or else you fly out so it's a challenge for the kids and gets them engaged. Kid can't get enough of it and has kept him entertained for hours. Battery life is pretty good and so far still in one piece.

This is a great value for the money in my opinion. The RC Car Looks and Runs Great on my Tile Floor and it pairs super easy with the Remote Controller which takes 2 AAA Batteries that are not included. There is enough track to make a 4 feet long by 16-inch-wide oval track with a loop or configure other formats. All of the track pieces and accessories included are compatible and thus expandable with other modern typical Hot Wheels Track so this can be the start of something really cool for kids and adults, as I am, as well to relax and just loose oneself in nondigital entertainment. The experience and feel of the RC car on the track mimics that of slot car racing since one has to keep control of the car speed and direction on the track. The RC Car will also run on gravity since it does have loose wheels that work and run on the track when turned off but it will not be as fast as most other heavier diecast gravity 1:64 scale Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars. I highly recommend this toy for any child over 4 and any parent that wants to be able to enjoy playing with them or just be left alone by their child for hours.

Grandson loved it! Car is a very quick charge - fully charged in less than 5 minutes. Very speedy!

We got this for our 3 and 5 year olds who already have a bunch of hot wheels stuff, including the standalone hot wheels rc car. I’m not a hw enthusiast but I am an RC enthusiast. Bottom line: strongly recommend esp if you already have other hw tracks. Since this set includes the rc car I’ll review the rc separately from the track. The rc car: pros are that it is super fast (enough to do any loop), easy and quick to recharge, durable (rare among toy grade rc cars), works with most hot wheels track sets, standalone price is super reasonable, enduring fun for kids. Cons are that it’s hard to control without sliding all over the place. The left and right buttons are also accelerators so they end up doing squiggles which are hard to predict or control. All in all, surprisingly good for the price. The RC track: all pros. Although you can use the rc hw with any hw track, it often flips out at turns bc it’s too fast. This set includes 6 banked 90 degree turn pieces which you can either combine or not, which gives you tons of track idea options. The banks are mild but what really holds in the car are the high edges. Does the rc hot wheel still flip out? Sure but not nearly as much as with the non rc track. You also get the pieces to do a small loop. The track works with regular (non rc) hot wheels and uses the same connection type, but you’d need to generate a lot of speed to get through all the curves and loop. This set is like the track builder series where there are suggested configurations, but you can basically do whatever you want. The kids have WAY more fun this way and it encourages creativity a lot more. Tldr: if you already have the rc hot wheels and want to make a lot better use of it, get this. If you don’t have the rc hot wheels, this is a much better way to get introduced to it than getting the standalone rc car.

Fun gift for a 5-year-old boy. He loves all things Hot Wheels and RC. The RC car is super fun and cute and works great on the Hot Wheels tracks. The loop is perfect to add some extra fun to building tracks around the house.
