The bicycle is good-looking and awesome. But installation is a bit complex, and the gear-shifting was not working when I tried doing the installation. After taking it to a technician, everything is working fine. 4 stars because it is not a 5-minute assembly as it claims. It requires a professional, so it is better to opt for installation assistance.Value for money:Got this for 5400 during Prime Day deals, best price in this segment.Ease of assembly:Not so easy, go for installation assistance, which is 499 or go to a local mechanic who charges 300.

Honest Review After 3 Months of UseProduct Quality:The bicycle is good and performs well considering the price.Main Issue – After-Sales Service:1. After using the cycle for 3 months, it stopped working properly.2. The gear shifter is not functioning, and the right-side pedal chainring is damaged, causing the pedal to fall off.3. I reported the issue on 24th July.4. Customer support responded in 5-6 hours, which seemed promising at first.5. I had to:Do 1 video call.Send 2 recorded videos of the bicycle showing the issue.6. They promised to send a replacement pedal but as of now, no delivery has been made.7. Now they are saying the replacement will be delivered on 7th August, and after that, it will take 2-3 more days for installation.8. That means I will be without my cycle for almost 20 days in total.9. What’s the point of a 1-year warranty if the service is this slow and full of delays?10. Overall, the service experience has been frustrating and disappointing.Verdict: Good product, but very poor after-sales service. Don’t rely on the warranty – be prepared for long delays.

After much research online and by visiting various shops, I shortlisted this cycle Urban terrain for my 10 year old son and for myself too. On time cycle was delivered by Amazon via blue dart without any dent/scratch. Thanks a ton for that !Very next day technician visited for cycle assembly and he assembled the cycle. I noticed that back fender fixing showed in the installation video and actual fixing were different. It was not very easy to fix it. Also front fender had some manufacturing defect which we managed to overcome by locally adjusting it. However the main point was with the gear system which showed some issues and the technician was not able to fix it. Due to which I had to take it to the nearest local shop and the problem was resolved. As technician informed the issue to Cult sport team, they had followed up with me many times and it was ensured the problem was resolved or else they were ready for a quick replacement of cycle. Also another positive thing was that they are presently processing a reimbursement amount which I had to spend locally to get the issue resolved. Kudos to the team for showing such positive attitude.Pros1. Good built cycle2. Cult sport team was very supportive. Not even a single time I had to call them for coordination.
