Lemony and not too sweet

Delicious Lemon Sandwich Cookies
These cookies are delicious! The lemon crème filling has a tangy and zesty lemon flavor. You’d never guess that these were gluten and dairy free if you didn’t already know. So so Good! I have bought them since and will buy again! Slightly expensive, but not bad just to try them.
