The cleaning effect of the brush is not as good as the Tineco brand. The roller material is not as plush so the does not look as evenly cleaned like when I use the Tineco brand rollers

Like anyone who has used one, I worship at the altar of the Tineco wet dry vacuum. I have two dogs who are verrryyy talented at tracking in dirt, mud, grass, etc. Replacing the roller and filter though, that can be pricey and at time of writing the Tineco branded ones are $40/2. This set is half price and I set out to see if there was any difference. There was. But it was very minor. Differences: - the part on the brush that snaps on is black instead of navy blue- it also took a little more pressure to get it to snap in but that's not enough to remove a star (can you tell in the picture? Off brand is on the left) - I felt like the off brand one left a little more water on the floor (that maybe the fibers on it held on to more water than the name brand?) but maybe only enough more that it needed one or two more minutes to dry Those were the only differences. Now, longevity might be something else. The tineco one lasts me between 2-3 months depending on how dirty the floors are and if I'm a 2-3x a day user vs 2-3x a week. If this does not last that long, I will come back and update the review.
