Absolutely amazing! They come with a textile bag for storage, very convinient. These were very effective for me and are worth every penny. I had a completely numb index finger on my left hand and carpal tunnel and tennis elbow on my right hand. The finger strengtheners work fine but the rings are the absolute star here. Starting from the lowest resistance and slowly increasing it has built back up my arms grip and strength. I like the size and that there are two levels on each ring, just rotate it between the textured (lower resistance) and smooth (higher resistance) side. Now I can hold and lift things a lot easier and without the pain. Just about to move to the black ring level, but it is still too hard. If you have such problems, definitely give these a go. FYI just my opinion, not a sponsored or paid review.

Great item itself - can't comment on it's longevity. Though the storage bag provided is pretty basic and flimsy. Feels it could easily rip.Great and easy to use otherwise!

Excellent set of exercisers for the hands - varying weight/resistances for all types of use. I have trigger finger and never thought these would do any good - but just look how wrong I was - these have helped enormously in just a couple of weeks and I'm only using the lowest resistance ones

Been getting some strength / vibrations issues in my wrists and hands due to taking motorbike riding back up. Guess to be expected at my age, lol. After some advice from a PT friend I bought these to help build back up some strength in my hands and wrists. Seems to be doing the job using them every other day or so (probably should use daily but life gets in the way). Comes with instructions and a nice carry bag for them. Can't fault the purchase at all.

These have really helped with my hand strenght and mobilty, and they are also good stress relief - really worth it for the money with the varity of items you get and a little bag to put them in.

Great, really like these to extend my hand exercises. I get RSI and have some arthritis emerging. Have had bad tendonitis a couple of times and residual ongoing/recurrent pain.
