1. Most steel shelving reviews complain about dents. I was surprised & pleased these are TRIPLE-lined boxes w THICK cardboard AND styrofoam WITH ends/edges WRAPPED in heavy gauge tint! Wow—SUPER IMPRESSIVE! Box is heavy but your shelves won’t be dented! 2. EASY ASSEMBLY with an electric screw driver (a must). & grateful for the extra pieces for each assembly area. Took less than 45 min. 3. They’re beautiful! High quality steel w a silky smooth finish. Not a ripple or bleed anywhere. 4: Lockable from small kids BUT any teen or adult could pry or rip a door off if motivated. I would NOT secure valuables or firearms in it. Included magnets are a nice attention to detail for a precision close that is appreciated. 5. Shelving size & configuration options provide buyer w flexibility & personalization, Importantly, shelves are all reinforced with an attached rectangular channel for strength & notched for secure seating & fit. I’ve been so impressed with these, I’ve bought 4 more & won’t hesitate to buy more for any (interior) room, garage or storage need.

So, I love to craft and converted my small patio in my apartment into a pseudo art studio years ago. I always had trouble with storage, however, since everything on my patio has to be moveable due to space and my rent agreement. I finally got tired of the flimsy wheeled plastic storage containers I had been using and wanted a durable cabinet that could withstand the elements, and after a bit of googling, I found this product. I was a bit hesitant when I saw the $200 price tag, but I loved the color and thought it was a good price for the product being offered, especially since most of the other cabinets I found were much more expensive, or a comparable price but with less features. And I'm so glad I bit the bullet and purchased this product! Now, I will admit that I did have some trouble with assembly, but a lot of it was user error, since the instructions were fairly simple and relatively easy to follow, and I am not that skilled at assembling furniture. I do recommend having an electric screwdriver, though, as before I found the old electric screwdriver my dad gifted me it was a struggle to screw in the screws. There were also a few small metal parts that were bent and I had to carefully unbend them if I wanted them to fit where they were supposed to go, but it was fairly simple to carefully unbend them with pliers. But it only took me one afternoon-early evening to build this cabinet, and I'm definitely not skilled at putting together furniture. Just as long as you have an electric screwdriver and a helper (you will need at least 2 people to put this together at some parts) you'll be fine. (Do be careful to not lose any screws though, as they only provide 1-2 extras and if you keep dropping them into the void like I did, you will run out. Luckily it still stands even with a few screws missing.) As for the cabinet itself, it's super spacious, looks sleek and stylish, and it's super easy to move around. It's relatively lightweight and can be moved easily enough with just one person. It's also a good size and holds a good amount of my art supplies, so I don't have to deal with them encroaching into my apartment itself anymore. Now, I cannot speak for durability yet, as I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but I am optimistic. I did scratch the surface a fair amount when I was assembling it, but that was again user error more than anything, and it still looks nice despite the scratches. I'm planning on covering the scratches with stickers anyway, so it won't matter too much. I'll update my review if this changes. All in all, I highly recommend this product, as it's a great value for the price.
