I recently started using 2 different insulin pens, long acting and fast acting. I was looking for something I could put in my pocket or have nearby during trips. This is very handy for a quick trip into town, having it on the road during a long trip or just nearby without worries. You get 2 freezer packs that you can have ready to go (I alternate mine every 8-10 hours). Stores 2 insulin pens very comfortably, includes a strap to keep the pens from moving around. It zips up nice and tight.The case has a very durable shell, between the inside and outside, you shouldn’t have any issues with the pens cracking when dropped. It has a latch/keyring hook as well. I highly recommend this for anyone who travels, it’s compact and sleek. Nobody will know it’s insulin (unless you tell them). The price was very affordable.

As a frequent traveler, this is the perfect size for Repatha and can easily hold 2 injections. The case is well made, insulated, easy to zip, and has two freezer packs keep meds safe for hours. Great for purse, briefcase, or to clip on a belt loop.

Love the convenience of this, its perfect for traveling, compact and it holds exactly what is needed. The ice packs we actually keep in the fridge, not the freezer so we do not risk freezing the insulin.

I purchased this Insulin Pen Cooler Travel Case with high hopes since it came with two TSA approved ice packs. However, I was quite disappointed with its performance. Despite the promise of insulation, the case doesn’t keep the inside cold for more than 4 hours, which is far from adequate for storing sensitive diabetic supplies. While the design and portability are decent, the primary function of maintaining a cold environment falls short. I expected a longer-lasting cooling effect. Overall, this case might work for short trips, but it’s not reliable for extended travel times. (I'm not asking for all day cooling but i resorted to using a hydroflask with ice water to keep it colder for longer)

Will keep your insulin / ozempic cold while traveling. Nothing worse that worrying about how to get from point a - b -- this in a convenient size solves the problem. Its self contained and should TSA want to look there are no needles in the pack.
