Great pre - but beware the crash
Sheesh, this stuff works, but be prepared to dissociate after your workout. Great pump and lasts a while, but you need to chill somewhere before driving home.This flavor is really good too, it tastes like the glacial cherry gatorades. It's a little pricey for what you're getting though.

My favorite brand for all preworkouts and supplements in general. This one really helps give me the motivation to workout and taste soooo good. Doesn’t make me itch or give me the jitters.

Not for me
Not sure why but this pre work out is weak, makes me jittery, and gives me explosive diahrrea. Tastes kinda like medicine but that could just be the wild cherry taste. But compared to other brands this wasnt for me. It also make my mind racing like im tweakin out or something but no energy.

Huge Pump - maybe take half for the first time
Read the instructions, first time users try half dose. But this is fantastic for weight training. Massive pump. Light weight baby!!! IYKYKI took it before a swim meet, almost died( Joking of course). Swam so hard I almost swam through the wall and out the other side. :-)
