These hose clamp pliers work very well I don't know how I've got along without them for so long sure takes the frustration out of trying to remove clamps going to buy a second pair for my son as he works home heavy equipment

Well made. Precise machining. Nice finish. The machined channels are deep enough to keep a good grip on many different types of clamps. I wish they had cut channels on both sides so you wouldn't have to flip the pliers over at times. Still, a great tool that works well.

These pliers are durable and well made. They work great and smaller hose clamps, like for heater hoses or coolant bypass. I had a hard time using them on a larger radiator hose clamps, I think the notch would have to be bigger and deeper to securely hold the clamp. It's also awkward to use it with one hand on large clamps as these pliers are not adjustable
